As the business has grown, we have expanded into large-spec housing and residential services, including renovations and maintenance.

    Amy is our Business Operations Manager and plays a key role in keeping Blackwell Plumbing running smoothly day to day. With a strong background in customer service and project management, she ensures jobs are well organised, communication is clear, and our customers are well looked after. Amy works closely with both our team and clients to support efficient operations and consistently high service standards.

    Josh Blackwell

    Sales Manager & Director

    Josh is the Sales Manager and Director at Blackwell Plumbing, bringing over 20 years of experience in the plumbing industry. He specialises in commercial and large-scale projects, working closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure projects are accurately scoped, competitively priced, and delivered efficiently. With deep technical knowledge and a practical approach, Josh provides trusted advice and leads projects from initial enquiry through to successful completion.

    Michael Wood

    Operations Manager

    Michael is the Operations Manager at Blackwell Plumbing and is responsible for the day-to-day running of both our team and our projects. He oversees job scheduling, material ordering, and on-site coordination to ensure work runs efficiently and to programme. As the first point of contact for site managers, Michael plays a key role in maintaining clear communication, smooth workflows, and high standards across all jobs.

    Zac is our Residential Plumber and Gas Fitter, specialising in residential, maintenance, and high-spec projects. He is the tradesman behind our bathroom renovations and detailed residential work, known for his attention to detail and quality finishes. With a strong customer service focus, Zac takes pride in his workmanship and ensures every job is completed to a high standard, leaving customers confident and happy with the result.

    Victoria

    Office Administrator

    Victoria is our Office Administrator and is responsible for customer relations and keeping the office running efficiently. She is often the first point of contact for our customers and plays a key role in coordinating communication, supporting the team, and ensuring a smooth experience from enquiry through to job completion. With a strong focus on organisation and service, Victoria helps keep everything running seamlessly behind the scenes.
