    Blackwell Plumbing is currently engaged by CGW Limited to deliver all plumbing and drainage works for this 60-townhouse high-density housing development in Whitby. Our scope covers all works from the ground up across a large, active site with multiple trades operating simultaneously. The project requires careful coordination, forward planning, and ongoing communication to manage multiple programmes and deadlines. This development highlights our experience in managing complex, large-scale projects while maintaining efficiency, safety, and consistently high standards of workmanship.

    Te Kura Kaupapa Māori o Te Rito - Otaki

    Blackwell Plumbing delivered a full end-to-end plumbing and drainage solution for this school project, working to a tight programme to ensure the facilities were completed and operational ahead of the new school year. From the ground up, our team coordinated existing services, installed new sewer and stormwater systems incorporating an Aquacomb stormwater retention pod and soak pit solution, and completed all under-slab drainage works. The project also included the full plumbing and gas fit-out of a new commercial kitchen. Through clear communication, careful planning, and high-quality workmanship, we delivered a fully compliant, efficient outcome within a demanding construction timeframe.
