Call out: $179.00 + GST* (incl. first hour)
Labour: $100/hr + GST
Public Holidays
Call out: $299.00 + GST*
Labour: $220/hr + GST (Minimum 2hr)
After Hours
Call out: $249.00 + GST* (5pm – 7am weekdays & all weekend)
Labour: $165/hr + GST (Minimum 1hr)
Extras
Plumbing Report: $179.00 + GST (incl. presale plumbing, gas and drainage reports)
Gas Certificates: $100.00 + GST

Administrative costs
How We Charge
A minimum charge of 1 hour onsite (Call out fee), with additional time billed in 15-minute increments for all charge-up work.
Payment Terms
Payment is required within 14 days of receiving the invoice via credit card or bank transfer unless otherwise arranged.
