Blackwell Plumbing and Gas is currently engaged by CGW Limited to deliver all plumbing and drainage works for this 60-townhouse high-density housing development in Whitby. Our scope covers all works from the ground up across a large, active site with multiple trades operating simultaneously. The project requires careful coordination, forward planning, and ongoing communication to manage multiple programmes and deadlines. This development highlights our experience in managing complex, large-scale projects while maintaining efficiency, safety, and consistently high standards of workmanship.
