Residential Plumbing Works - Hollard Grove
This three-storey apartment complex is a comprehensive new build project, with our team completing all plumbing and drainage works from the ground up. The scope includes under slab drainage, suspended sewer systems, hot and cold water reticulation, and dedicated non-potable water supplies servicing each apartment.
We are installing individual water mains and service risers to every unit, along with all associated pipework, valves, traps, and fittings required for a complete fit-off. The project also includes the installation of hot water cylinders, customer-supplied fixtures and fittings, and flashing and sealing of all roof penetrations to ensure a high-quality finish throughout.
With multiple levels, detailed service coordination, and tight construction sequencing involved, this project highlights our team’s capability to deliver large-scale residential plumbing solutions efficiently and to a high standard.
